- MT5 sync connects your broker account via MetaAPI. Closed trades import automatically every 5 minutes.
- Essential: Add any number of MT5 accounts at $20/mo each (separate recurring charge per account).
- Pro: 1 MT5 account is included in your $49 plan. Additional accounts cost $18/mo each.
- Swapping an existing MT5 connection to a different broker account costs 50 AI credits per swap.
- Canceling an MT5 add-on stops sync at the end of the current billing period. Historical trade data is preserved.
- MT5 add-on subscriptions are billed separately and follow the same 14-day refund policy as main plans.
- Trades, journal entries, daily plans, and notebook notes older than 30 days are automatically and permanently deleted.
- You will receive an in-app warning 5 days before any data deletion occurs.
- Upgrading to Essential or Pro at any time stops all future deletions. Already-deleted data cannot be recovered.
- This policy does not affect Essential or Pro subscribers — all their data is kept indefinitely.
Pricing FAQ
Do free plan AI credits reset monthly?+
No. Free plan users receive 10 AI credits once when they sign up. These credits do not reset or replenish. To get more credits, purchase a credit pack or upgrade to Essential (30/month) or Pro (150/month).
What happens when I run out of credits?+
Your journal, analytics, and all manual features remain fully available. Only AI-powered actions (chart analysis, trade summaries) are paused until you top up or your monthly allowance resets on the 1st.
Can I add MT5 sync if I'm on the Essential plan?+
Yes. Essential users can add MT5 sync as a separate $20/month recurring subscription per account. This is billed independently from your Essential plan and can be canceled separately at any time.
What does swapping an MT5 account mean?+
Swapping means disconnecting your current MetaTrader 5 broker account and connecting a different one to the same MT5 sync slot. This costs 50 AI credits per swap. Your historical trade data from the previous connection is preserved.
If I upgrade from Free to Essential, is my data restored?+
Data that was already auto-deleted under the 30-day free plan retention policy cannot be recovered. Upgrading stops future deletions — all data from that point on is kept permanently. We recommend upgrading before data is deleted if you want to preserve older trades.
Are credit packs refundable?+
No. AI credit packs (50, 150, or 500 credits) are non-refundable once purchased. Purchased credits never expire and carry over every month indefinitely. Subscription plans (Essential, Pro) and MT5 add-ons are eligible for a 14-day refund.
How does billing work?+
Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments, a licensed merchant of record. Your subscription activates immediately after checkout. You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan and add-ons anytime from the billing portal inside the app.
