Refund Policy

Short version: 14-day refund on Essential and Pro subscriptions, and on MT5 add-on subscriptions. AI credit packs are non-refundable. Billing errors are always fixed.
Subscription Refunds (Essential and Pro)
New subscription payments are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the charge date.
- Applies to both monthly and annual plans.
- After 14 days, the payment is non-refundable.
- Access continues until the end of the billing period even after a refund is issued.
- Plan credits allocated for that billing period are voided upon refund.
MT5 Add-on Subscription Refunds
MT5 add-on subscriptions ($20/mo for Essential users, $18/mo for Pro extra accounts) follow the same 14-day refund policy.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date for the add-on.
- After 14 days, MT5 add-on payments are non-refundable.
- MT5 sync continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation or refund.
- Historical trade data imported via MT5 sync is preserved after cancellation — it is not deleted.
- MT5 add-on subscriptions can be canceled independently of your main plan.
Annual Plans
- Annual plans follow the same 14-day refund window from the payment date.
- After 14 days, annual plan payments are non-refundable.
AI Credit Packs (Non-Refundable)
AI credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits are a consumable digital good. Purchased credits carry over indefinitely and never expire, so unused credits are never lost.

Each AI action consumes a fixed number of credits:

Plan credits unused at end of billing period are voided. Purchased credit pack credits never expire.
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge), we will fix it immediately regardless of timing. Submit a request via the in-app contact form with your account details.
How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are issued via Dodo Payments as seller of record, back to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
How to Request a Refund
Open the app, go to Settings → Contact / Support and submit a request with category "Billing / Refund". Include your account email, the date of the charge, and which plan or add-on you purchased. We respond within 1 business day.

We may update this policy at any time. The current version is always available at this page.
