Terms and Conditions

This service is operated by tradingallianzpro.com ("we", "us", "our"). Aulivo is a subscription software product that helps traders log trades, track performance, and get AI-powered insights. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms.

• You must be 18 or older to use this service.
• Keep your login credentials private — you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• One account per person. Do not share access.

All plans are clearly described at /pricing. The key terms are:

Free Plan ($0)

• 10 AI credits granted once at signup. These do not reset monthly.
• 1 trading account and 1 playbook maximum.
• 30-day data retention: all trades, journal entries, daily plans, and notebook notes older than 30 days are automatically and permanently deleted. You will receive an in-app warning 5 days before deletion. Already-deleted data cannot be recovered.
• No MT5 sync available on the free plan.

Essential Plan ($19/month or $15/month billed annually)

• Up to 3 trading accounts.
• Unlimited playbooks.
• Permanent data retention — no auto-deletion.
• 30 AI credits per month, reset on the 1st. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
• MT5 live sync available as a paid add-on: $20/month per connected MT5 account (separate recurring subscription).
• Full analytics suite, PDF export, Trading Notebook, Daily Plan, Prop firm compliance, AI chart analysis.

Pro Plan ($49/month or $39/month billed annually)

• Unlimited trading accounts.
• Unlimited playbooks.
• Permanent data retention — no auto-deletion.
• 150 AI credits per month, reset on the 1st. Unused monthly credits do not carry over.
• 1 MT5 live sync account included in the plan price.
• Additional MT5 accounts: $18/month each (separate recurring subscription per account).
• Swapping an MT5 connection to a different broker account costs 50 AI credits per swap.
• Performance Coach dashboard and all Essential features.

AI Credit Packs (one-time purchase)

• 50 credits for $5 · 150 credits for $12 · 500 credits for $35.
• Purchased credits do not expire and carry over every month indefinitely.
• AI credit packs are non-refundable once purchased.

• MT5 add-ons are separate recurring subscriptions billed through Dodo Payments alongside your main plan.
• Each MT5 add-on subscription is tied to one MetaTrader 5 broker connection.
• Canceling an MT5 add-on stops sync at the end of the current billing period. Historical imported trades remain in your journal.
• Swapping a connected MT5 account to a different broker costs 50 AI credits and takes effect immediately.
• MT5 add-on subscriptions are eligible for the same 14-day refund policy as main plan subscriptions.

• All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our licensed payment processor and merchant of record.
• Your subscription and MT5 add-on subscriptions activate immediately after successful checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.
• Annual plan prices are charged in full upfront as a single yearly payment.
• You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions at any time from the billing portal inside the app.
• Downgrading to the free plan reactivates the 30-day data retention policy. Data older than 30 days will begin being deleted from that point forward.

• Essential and Pro plan subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the charge date.
• MT5 add-on subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the charge date.
• Annual plan payments follow the same 14-day refund window from the payment date.
• AI credit packs are non-refundable once purchased.
• Billing errors (wrong amount, duplicate charge) are corrected regardless of timing.

• AI credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features: chart analysis (1 credit) and AI trade summary (2 credits).
• If your credit balance reaches zero, AI features pause. All other journal and analytics features remain available.
• Monthly plan credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not carry over. Purchased credit packs carry over indefinitely.
• AI outputs are generated by Anthropic Claude. Results are for informational and journaling purposes only — not financial advice.

• Free plan: data older than 30 days is automatically and permanently deleted. This includes trades, journal entries, daily plans, and notebook notes. An in-app warning is shown 5 days before deletion. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
• Essential and Pro plans: all data is stored indefinitely. No automatic deletion.
• If you cancel a paid subscription and return to the free plan, the 30-day retention policy resumes. Data created while on a paid plan that is older than 30 days at the time of downgrade will be subject to deletion.
• Account deletion removes all your data from our systems within 30 days.

• This is not financial advice. AI summaries and analytics are for informational and self-improvement purposes only.
• We are not responsible for any trading decisions, profits, or losses.
• Past performance shown in the app does not predict future results.

• The service is provided as is, without any guarantees of performance or accuracy.
• We do not promise 100% uptime or error-free operation.
• If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

• Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Do not resell or sublicense access to others.
• Do not use the service for anything illegal or harmful.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms. The current version is always available at this page.
